AMPARO ALVAREZ Obituary

Amparo Alvarez, 88, passed away at home on February 25, 2013 with family. Amparo was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas and a very special person loved by everyone she touched. Amparo retired from Baxter Company after 10 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband; Narciso Alvarez. She is survived by her sons, Narciso Alvarez Jr., and Jose Alvarez; daughters, Antonia Rivas, Maria Thurston, Juana Martinez, Clara Vasquez, Delia Saldaña, Sylvia Martinez and Olga Silva; 31 Grandchildren, 42 Great Grandchildren and 13 Great-Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Memorial Service at 7 p.m. Special thanks to La Mariposa Hospice. Services under the direction of HILLCREST FUNERAL HOME.
