Frank was a gentle spirit, kind and respectful at all times. I count it a privilege to have worked at Scott, Hulse, et al back in the 1980's. The Feuille family is a well-respected family and I came to know them personally through working there and attending St. Clement's Church. Their work for the Lord and their community was/is amazing indeed.

Dear Elizabeth,
I am so sorry about Frank's passing. For me it was a shock, since after so many years, I was able to visit with him and meet you at our reunion last May.
I have such wonderful memories of this extraordinary and delightful man as a young and dynamic leader even in high school. He seemed to understand how important his good and honorable conduct was in all his endeavors and activities were even then.
I appreciate being able to see him just last year and I celebrate the privilege of knowing him.
My prayers are with you, Elizabeth, and your family.
Most sincerely,
Cynthia Skevington Bumb

My heart goes out to you at this most difficult time. I will be thinking of you and hoping that you find comfort in each other and in the cherished memories that you have of Frank. I did not have the privilege of spending much time with him, but the few times that I was around him, he was always so happy and cheerful. I know that he was well-loved and that he loved you.

My deepest sympathy to the Feuille family. I will never forget that Frank Feuille and Scott Hulse saw us through a terrible time in 1994 when my family suffered from botulism. We recovered from that, thanks to great health care and guidance from Frank, who represented us. His was a life well lived.
