JAMES FRANCO Obituary

FRANCO James Robert Franco was born to Arturo and Jere' Franco on April 29, 1991 in El Paso, Texas. He was the baby brother of Brie, Luke, and John Franco. James attended special education classes at Western Hills Elementary, Lincoln Jr. High, and Franklin High School where his EPISD paraprofessional and friend Robert Nicholson took him to his favorite activities which were choir, band, and field trips. He was also an honorary member of the 2nd Brigade 1st Armored Division. James touched the lives of those that knew him and even those that just knew about him. His gentle life reminded everyone of the grace and love of God. James is also survived by members of the Franco, Lopez, Bishop and Bowling families. James died on April 5, 2012, at Providence Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. Sincere gratitude is extended to all those who cared for James throughout his life especially those at El Paso Children's Rehabilitation Center, Texas Tech, Providence Children's Hospital, Las Palmas Hospital, Dr. Hassan Salloum, Dr. Donald Meier, Dr. Roberto Canales, Dr. Rodolfo Fierro-Stevens, Dr. George Halow and Dr. Jim Bowden. Visitation for James will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 5:00-9:00 pm with a rosary beginning at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:00 am, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church at 400 W. Sunset Dr, followed by a burial at the Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery at 4900 McNutt Rd, Santa Teresa, NM. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West. Our deepest condolences to Jere, Arturo, Brie, Luke, John. Jere and Arturo were always by James side providing him the love,and care of loving parents. It is hard to imagine James will not be with us anymore. However, Little James will now take care of his parents from heaven.
