When I think of integrity, fairness, and caring, I think of Millie and always will. She was an awesome role model, a good, strong, Christian lady, and I sincerely looked up to her. She's at peace now but will be missed and remembered for all time!
RIP Wonderful Woman!

I always enjoyed when I had a chance to visit with Millie. She was such a genuine and friendly person. I loved to watch her and my Grandma, Lois Engell, interact. They always made me hope for such a long lasting friendship as they shared. Millie truly was a beautiful lady, inside and out. My condolences to her family.

My memories have always had "aunt" Millie in them since I can remember.
Mom was always hauling me to lunch or the beach or shopping with Millie.
At Christmas I couldn't wait to get those presents full of Avon gifts, all kinds of little presents in one box, her presents were the best!
Every New Years I got to see her and usually tagged along to dinner with the adults Millie always had such a sweet smile.
I can remember her voice saying to mom, "ah Lowie". I started crying yesterday and said to my husband, do you think mom and Millie can have lunch together in heaven?
I always loved seeing and talking to Millie, whenever I was at the mall I would drag my friends up to meet Millie and say hi. If she had customers I didn't care if I had to wait, she was worth the wait. When I got my license if I was driving by the house and she looked like she was home I would stop and say hi, I hated when she moved, because I never felt comfortable stopping. Just 3 weeks ago I was in Girard and I wanted to stop and say hi, but I didn't know where she was to say hi to, I wish now I'd tried harder to find her. She was always in my thoughts when I was in her area, whether it was the mall, Fairview, or Girard. I love Millie and will miss her greatly.
