Jane H. Jakubowski Bebko

Jane H. Jakubowski Bebko Jane H. Jakubowski Bebko, 91, formerly of Erie, passed away Wednesday August, 19, 2009 in Rochester, N.Y. Born in Erie January 11, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Kobylinski Jakubowski. Jane was member of St. Luke Church and their choir, until moving to a senior residence in Rochester. She enjoyed crafts and playing bridge, and especially loved being with the family. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Bebko. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Farwell, husband David, Fairport, N.Y.; three sons, David Bebko, wife, Helen, Snellville, Ga., Thomas Bebko, wife, Rori, Aiken, S.C., and James Bebko, wife, Patricia Osborne, Toronto, Ont.; one brother, Joseph Jakubowski, wife, Rita; and one sister, Ida Omniewski, all of Erie; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Brugger Home for Funerals, 1595 W. 38th St. at Greengarden Blvd., on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and may attend services there Monday at 8:20 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
