Gary our Loving Son,
After two weeks our thoughts of you very quickly bring tears to our eyes. We miss hearing your loud commanding voice coming from your strong upper body. Yes, your talk was sometimes rough and intimidating, but we knew you were actually a gentle person, caring, loving, considerate, fair, and above all, honest. We have many good memories, but we wanted more. Now we'll have to be content to cherish the memories we have.

Brenda and the boys,
My brother stayed at the wheel to his last breath. He paid the ultimate price to save his wife and family. If this was a military situation he would be up for the Medal of Honor. He would want you to stand tall, have pride, do what you say, put family first, and have fun doing it. He was my best friend for nearly half a century. I will never forget him.
