The world is a little darker now, with the loss of such a bright, beautiful woman. I can say I was lucky enough to know Edie for my entire life. She will be missed terribly. Love and prayers to her family.

I was very sorry to hear that Edie passed away. We knew each other since 1971. We raised our children together, grew old together, played together, shopped together, and had many happy and memorable occasions I will never forget. We laughed together, cried together, complained and cheered each other. In our 30's & 40's we visited each other constantly while our children wer growing up. We always talked about the light at the end of the tunnel. Well, Edie has finally reached the light. What will I do without my Friend?
