Darla Waddell Obituary
SPRING GROVE
Darla S. (Rickrode) Waddell, 72, formerly of Hanover, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at her home. She was the loving wife of Larry Waddell for 33 years.
Born March 28, 1943, in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Beatrice (Rebert) Rickrode.
Darla enjoyed working with special needs children at Hanover First Church of God, where she was a faithful member.
In addition to her husband, Larry, Darla is survived by three children, Kimberly Oaster, Wendy Bolen and her husband, Jake, and Kris Oaster and his fiancée, Sandy Stough.; and three grandchildren; Tiffany Wise and her husband, Andrew, Brock Oaster, and Chase Oaster. In addition to her parents, Darla was preceded in death by her granddaughter, JoLynn Marie Shue.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday February 28, at 3 p.m. at Hanover First Church of God, 600 Fairview Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 with Pastor Jerry Shoap officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Darla's name may be made to Hanover First Church of God at the address above.

Darla always had a smile on her face and now she is spreading smiles and loving peace to all the angels in Heaven. Larry, Wendy and Tiffany and the rest of her family, she will always be in your hearts.
