Frannie and Ellis family,

Through my tears and heartbreak I wanted to tell you how blessed I have been to have had Harry, Frannie and Nubby in my life. Little did I know when Matt and Judy Starcevich bought the Glynnwood duplex in Bartlesville as our office space that I would meet this beautiful couple and fall in love with them. Harry had so much spunk and pride. It was hard for him to ask me for help with his taxes but we worked through his problems with laughter. We enjoyed having Mr. Nubby stay with us when Harry and Frannie traveled and our Lexi enjoyed his companionship too. The day the announcement came that Harry and Frannie were moving to Texas was one of the hardest days ever because I knew I would not see them again. I tried to tell myself there was still a chance they would be back until the day Harry's pride and joyhis old carwas taken away. He was like a young man with that car and he smiled from ear to ear sitting in the driver's seat. It was heartwarming to see him so happy. Harry and I have spoken on the phone and I know he enjoyed his final time in Texas with his family who he greatly loved. And now for Mrs. Franniewhat a special woman who could handle Mr. Harry for so many years. They had a special relationship that only comes from 67 years of marriage. I love you Mrs. Frannie and I am so sorry Harry is gone to rest.

Debbie Neece, Bartlesville, OK.
