Myrion B. Milton Sr.

1968 - 2012

Myrion B. Milton, Sr., was born September 25, 1968, in Houston, Texas. He died Thursday, February 2, 2012, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 43 years. He was reared and educated in Houston where he graduated with the Sterling High School Class of 1987. He continued his education at Carl Albert Junior College in Poteau, Oklahoma, and then graduated from Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, in 1991, where he was a standout basketball player.
He was married October 23, 1993, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Anjelica Sneed. Myrion spent most of his working life as a federal probation officer for the United States Federal Courts. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including coaching basketball and was an accomplished referee at high school, junior college, and division I levels. His greatest enjoyment came from his children and their activities.
Loving family members include: His wife: Lisa; Four children: Valanette Amie, Malik "Shake" Milton, Terryn Milton, Myrion Milton, Jr.; Brother: Terrence L. Foster and his wife Amonica, of Suffolk, Virgina; Sister: Jacqueline Hynson, of Houston; Sister: Pamala Milton, of Houston.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2012, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2012, at Christ Way Church, 9115 Comal Street, Houston, Texas 77051.
