DIXIE REBENSKY Obituary
Dixie was predeceased by her parents, Clinton A. and Elaine Rogers. Dixie is survived by her husband, Chester M. Rebensky Sr.; a daughter, Nicole M. (Jonathan) Gies; a son, Chester M. (Caitlin) Rebensky Jr.; granddaughter, Kamryn R. Gies; grandson, Aiden B. Gies; sisters, Debra Rogers Beavan Nadeau, Vicki Rogers, Patricia Rogers Love, Carol Rogers, Terry (Alex) Stankiewicz, and Norma (Frank) Lockoski; brothers, Larry Rogers, Clinton (Karen) Rogers, Timothy (Sherri) Rogers and Michael Rogers; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will meet friends in the chapel of Fountainhead Funeral Home from 5-7:00 pm, Monday, June 6, 2011. The Mass of The Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5310 Babcock St. NE Palm Bay, FL.
Arrangements under the direction of Fountainhead Funeral Home.

Dixie- there is not a day that goes by that I dont think about you. Miss you more than words could ever say. You were our co-worker, but most importantly you were our friend. Your strength and courage through this battle was just so inspiring- You lifted our spirits when they were at there lowest- you showed us the wisdom of not letting this disease rob you of your being. Your courage and your faith were far stronger than any of us that loved you knew.You will forever be in our lives by the wisdom, courage that you showed. God has gained a very special person. Dixie Doodles .......... it saddened me greatly the day you became an ANGEL IN HEAVEN ...... you didnt deserve all the pain and suffering. Now you are @ peace and pain free.... I thank God for that. I will miss you so much .. Thank you for always being there and for being YOU !!! Shifts were always more tolerable when you were there ........... We started out as co-workers and quickly became friends. You helped me out at a very difficult time in my life when my mom was going through medical issues of her own. I will always be appreciative of your encouragement and support. I hope Loki didn't give you too much grief! I will miss you Doodles. I am glad you are not in pain anymore. You will be in our hearts forever.

While you are no longer here on this earth, your gifts of love, graciousness, incredible strength, and friendship will live on in the hearts and minds of your loving family and friends. I had the privilege of knowing Dixie thru work.She was one of a handful that made coming to work fun. And I had the honor of becoming a friend. She was very proud of her family and I always thought she must be the coolest mom/grammy in the world. Dixie will be greatly missed, but we only have to look as far as her family to see shes still here with us.
