Sandra Claflin Obituary
Sandra Claflin, 72, a 50 year resident of Brevard County, passed away June 21, 2011. Born in the Panama Canal Zone, she moved to Cocoa Beach in 1961 and worked at Kennedy Space Center on the Mercury, Apollo and Shuttle programs.
She is survived by her sons, Scott and Brett Claflin, and her brother, Tom Hughes.

Sincere condolences to Tommy, Scott, Brett, and families. As childhood conspirators, then schoolmates and young women, Sandra and I shared many special memories growing up CZ.

Sandy will be remembered affectionately as the "Good looking CHS cheerleader" and friend next Sunday at our annual CZ pre-reunion picnic, which she was a regular to. May she rest in peace.
