Frank Lovaglio Obituary

Frank Lovaglio

Viera - died at the age of 80 on Monday, January 1, 2018. He was born on 9/2/1937 in New York. He attended Manhattan College then went on to Brooklyn Poly Tech where he received his Masters. However, Frank would say his greatest achievement was marrying the love of his life, Mary Pecoraro, on 6/13/1959. They moved to Brevard County, FL in 1974 where he worked at Harris Corp. He was a proud member of The Knights of Columbus and enjoyed card games.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Mary Lovaglio; their daughter, Karen Dee; their son, Frank Lovaglio; and their six Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. John the Evangelist in Melbourne,Fl. on Saturday, 1/13/18 at 11 AM. Frank would have wanted all to know how much of an honor it was to walk this earth with his wife, Mary.

Dear Mary and family,
I just heard about Frank and am so sorry for your loss. Both John and I enjoyed working with Frank at Harris Corporation for many years. I will never forget the passion he had for his work in business development and for the smiles and laughter he brought to all of the people he came in contact with.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all in hopes that your grief will ease as you reflect on your many joyful memories and stories of Frank. May those memories and stories bring you peace and happiness always. The world is a better place for having had Frank here with us.

working with Frank at Harris and after he retired was always a blast. My deepest sympathy to his family.

My Mom (Wynell Harris) was Frank's Executive Assistant for many years at Harris Corporation and retired from Harris at the same time. My Mom passed away on 1/7/2018. I guess Frank needed his Sweet Old Broad to schedule one more meeting. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
