My Father, my best friend. We had this connection. He taught me how to survive. All us girls lived under his thumb. He tried his best to keep us safe, warm, and take care of our selves. His strong, opinionated gentle heart. I lost two of the most beautiful people in my life in the passed two months. My Mother MaryJane and Thomas (Tucker) Morrissey my father. I am forever blessed as they have not only behold my heart forever but many, many others as well. Thanks to all of you who will share their hearts forever. Love you Mom and Dad and all my supportive friends.

You will be remembered for your great laugh, your warm and loving heart and larger than life personality. Our hearts goes out to the Morrissey Family on your loss.
“May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.”

To all the Morrissey's, family and friends,
I have such memories of Uncle Tucker. His humor and great wit that came through in funny one liners. And his big laugh. His big heart! What a special, giving man. I know that he is very much present. I'm sure he wouldn't miss a moment.
Our hearts go out to all of you. Jeff and I are sending prayers and love.

I thought I saw your face today,
in the beautiful morning sun.
I thought I saw your boat today,
docking as the day is done.
I thought I felt your touch today,
in the breeze on the shore.
I thought I heard your laugh today,
as I opened the Yacht Club door.
I thought I saw my broken heart,
in the crescent of the moon.
You left before I could call to say goodbye, it was much too soon.
The sun, the wind, the moon, the stars, the seas will forever be near,
reminding me of you and the fun loving spirit which was so dear.

Oh Tucker...Your hugs were always followed by endearing questions about family and then good wishes a great laugh and an offer for a drink, that one was never able to turn down. You were a family friend to my parents for many years and we all enjoyed your humor, jokes, laughter and genuine concern for everyone. I know heaven is rocking now, You, Dad and Bill all hooting and hollering up there calling us all names. I know you lived and loved well and missed you when you left us for FL. I hope you are at peace and hell knows you are not resting up there, all I can say is live on and take care of your friends up there. We will never forget your laugh, your concern for others and your love of life. Live on in peace and have fun! Till we meet again, much love and respect! Kelly Johnstone Davis and Helen xxoo

Tucker you were a good friend to our family. Even though I haven't see you in many years I will always remember fishing with you and my late father on board the Strangs "Sisty" with tight lines on Long island Sound. Rest in Peace

Tucker, you were a warm friend and brother-in-law. You helped people in any way you could. You were always willing to give assistance or aid, and so many times I called on you to help me with a home repair. You'd come over and say, "Yeah! I can fix this!" I could always count on you.
And you didn't just come over and do the work, you'd explain just what you'd done and exactly how you'd fixed it. And to boot, you were full of lively conversation about all manner of things throughout your visit. Not only were you good at fixing household furniture, you were especially expert at fixing cars, which you did for me unfailingly and uncomplainingly for many years.
Tucker, you did a lot for a lot of people out of the goodness of your heart, and I feel blessed that I was one of them.
I certainly hope you're behaving yourself in Heaven!
Love, Connie Pettit Hull

As Tucker's sister-in-law, I was able to appreciate his friendship for many years. He had a good heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was father to a large, lovely family, one that we are all so proud of. He was proud of his great skills with cars. He could make anything run and seemed to have been born with his talent. He loved it, loved to help others and was really a fine man. We will miss you, Tuck. I know you are with Our Lord.

I'll always remember Tucker for his laughter, reddish hair, and his big heart. Always welcomed everyone into his home or onto The Mother Tucker. I'm sure Heaven just a whole lot more fun! Prayers for strength and comfort to the cousins and their families.
