I met Bill when we traveled together to support the victims of Hurricane Sandy. I was impressed with Bill's ability to comfort those who were returning to damaged homes. We were working in a neighborhood together when he received word that his wife was ill. The shock was immediate. Bill began to cry and then pulled himself together. It was obvious that he was very close to his wife. I never met her, but I know that she was very special to him. We will miss Bill.

My complete empathy for the family. Unexpected out of normal sequence loss of a loved one is devastating. The pain is as deep as was your love. The terrible sadness is in the separation to be diminished only by time and faith. Stay strong.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Bill will be missed. It's not many couples who have met and fell in love in High School that remained so close for so many years. That closeness will never be lost. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Lu, Jeffrey, & Cristopher,

May God grant you comfort.  We are saddened to hear such news.  Bill was a big part of our lives in the early years of our time in the Air Force together.  We've missed having his big smile brighten our days.  So sorry time and distance pulled us apart, but so happy Bill lived such a positive life with his loved-ones for as long as he did.
