JUSTIN PITKIN Obituary

Born on July 19, 1978, Justin Nelson Chambers Pitkin, a widower of 6 ½ months, Joined his beloved wife, Michelle Bradbury-Pitkin in heaven on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. He and Michelle leave behind the little loves of their lives, beautiful daughters, Rebecca Leanne Del Pitkin, age seven years and Eva Jane Carolyn Pitkin, age four years. Justin was born in Stockton, Ca. to John Nelson and Melissa "Missy" Jane Pitkin. Justin was a brilliant, precocious, active, take charge kind of child who developed life long friendships from a very early age, never knowing a stranger. Justin graduated from Clovis West High School June 1996 and attended Fresno City College. Justin became a licensed contractor and developed Pitkin Construction. In January 2009, Justin joined the team at The City of Lemoore as Buildings and Parks Coordinator. Besides his young daughters, Rebecca and Eva, Justin is survived by parents, Jeff and Missy Russell and John and Lynda Pitkin. He also leaves behind his sister and best friend, Alyssa Jane Pitkin; grandparent, Dr. Willard and Carolyn Wisehart, Frederick Pitkin and step-grandfather, Manual Haro; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, step-family and in-laws who all adored him and visa versa. Justin's Potluck Celebration of Life will be at the Civic Auditorium in Lemoore, 435 'C' Street, Lemoore, Ca. on Saturday, June 5, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been established by the City of Lemoore and their local Union Bank for Justin's orphaned children. Remembrances may be made by check payable to: Missy Russell and sent to Union Bank, 105 W Hanford-Armona Rd, Lemoore, Ca. 93245, Attn: Maria or Marge.
