ROBERT BUEL Obituary

BUEL, ROBERT E.

Robert Eli Buel, age 85, died Sunday May 29, 2011 at his home . Mr. Buel was born March 2, 1926 in Gilboa, NY. He has lived in Gainesville since 1963, moving here from Lake Wales, FL. He was a maintenance Mechanic for General Electric. Mr. Buel is a member of the Northwest Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Geraldine Helen Mulville Buel of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law Becky Lee Zolt (Murray) of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law Mark J. Buel (Deborah) of Gainesville, Toby J. Buel (Tamara) of Charleston, W.VA., and Rob B. Buel of Gainesville; sisters Helen Germound of Gilboa, NY and Loretta Lounsbury of Oak Hill, NY; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday June 1, 2011 at 10:00 AM, Graveside at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central.

Arrangements are under the care of MILAM FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 311 S. Main Street, Gainesville, FL 352-376-5361.

Bob was a very good friend and a great guy to work with at GE. We worked together since the mid 60's and I found him to be one of the friendliest person I have ever met. I truely nice guy. He will be missed.
