Angela was an awesome person. just a complete joy to be around. I can't believe that she's gone. I was Grace's preschool teacher, and I have always, and will always remember Angela with fondness. She was a Mom that went above and beyond.

I didn't know Angie personally, but we met her, Blake and Grace at Carolyn and Forrest's wedding years ago. They were cherished, long-time friends of Forrest and Carolyn and our hearts and sympathy go out to Blake and his children for the loss of such a beautiful wife and mother. May your family find peace in such an incredibly difficult time.

Blake, I know you know how special Angela was, but as her midwife she was just a joy to be around. Even when she was having a hard time during pregnancy, her beautiful smile would shine on through. She always made our lives brighter in the office and we are all going to miss her lovely self. I am so sorry for you, your family and most of all her beautiful children Grace and Caden. Much love to you all, Jane Houston, Kristin Foerster and all staff who cared for her at North Florida. We are all so sad for you today.

Angela,
I knew you really only as a mom---vibrant, warm, loving and competent. The love and joy you got and gave your wonderful children was always so apparent. You were so free with your energy and kind spirit. We are heartbroken....as I am sure all who knew you must be. There are so many who mourn your passing and wish peace for those you left behind.
