Rutha Brown Obituary
DIXON
Age 73, Wife of the late Thardine Dixon Sr., Retired Laundry Technician/Kraft Cleaners, Foster Grandparent/Alachua County Schools, Member of Second Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, died Monday, June 6, 2011, at Shands Hospital @ University of Florida.
The Homegoing Services will be held 2:00PM Saturday, June 18, 2011, at the Female Protective Society Temple (Gainesville, FL) with her Pastor, Pastor Tony Hall, officiating. Burial will follow at Rutledge Community Cemetery. Mrs. Dixon will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM. The Family will then receive Friends 7:00-8:00PM at the Funeral Home - Mrs. Dixon will also be viewed at the Temple on Saturday with the Processional. The Procession will form at the residence of her Sister & Brother-In-Law, Dea Abraham & Mildred Brockington, 3405 NW 63rd Street, Gainesville, at 1:15PM.
