MURPHY, TYLER D.

Mr. Tyler Douglas Murphy, 36, passed away in Ocala, FL on June 6, 2011. He was born in Lakeland, FL on June 24, 1974. He was a Physical Therapy Assistant at Palm Gardens of Gainesville. He graduated from Lakeland High School in 1992 and Polk Community College in 1996. Tyler was a member of The Rock Family Church in Ocala.

Survivors are his parents: Robert Logan Murphy Jr. and Linda Mills Murphy of Ocala. Brother: Craig E. Murphy of St. Petersburg. Nephews: Logan, Isaac and Joshua, niece: Hannah and their mother Jessica Murphy. Grandmother: Nona Enochs (husband Bob) of Ocala. Grandfather: Leon C. Mills (wife Shirley) of Auburndale. Uncles, Aunts and cousins.

A memorial service at The Rock Family Church 5494 SW 50th Court Ocala on Saturday June 11th at 1PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Marion County. Roberts Funeral Homes Bruce Chapel West (352) 854-2266 made the arrangements.

With my sypathy to his family and friends while he was here in Lakeland and at Southside Baptist Church also the Concord chior he and his brother was in.
He is looking down on us now that he is in heaven with his lord and may God
