Sally,Bill,Barbara,John and family.
Ginny was a very good friend of ours. We met her back in 1987 at the Riverview Club. She was assisting Erv with ballroom dance classes. She showed lots of patience with us. We eventually learned to dance well enough to be fairly respectable. From that point on we met many more new friends and we sat at the table for dances with about 18 people. Twice a month we enjoyed their company and every Thursday we would go to Ballroom Dance class. Then when I (Barb) started my singing group, I was lucky to have Ginny in my group. She knew all the old songs and I would often kid her about the fact that I wasn't even born when some of the songs were written.
Our group of eighteen people had parties at many different homes during the year. Ginny always had a great party on the Fourth of July.
The obit in the paper certainly was right when it stated she was a active lady. We both will miss her. She was a "Great Lady" we loved her.
We know you will miss her.
God Bless you.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Virginia worked with my father Carl at Champion for many years. He still remembers her with nothing but fondness. He was delighted to reconnect with her by phone a year or so ago. I remember her making me feel welcome and keeping me entertained when I would visit my dad at the office as a child.
