Fay Pruitt Honeycutt

Mrs. Fay Pruitt Honeycutt, age 52, of Flowery Branch, Ga., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Dewayne Honeycutt and father, C. W. Pruitt. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Steve G. Honeycutt, Flowery Branch, Ga.; daughter, Stephanie Deanna Honeycutt, Flowery Branch, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Allison Honeycutt, Gainesville, Ga.; mother, Thelma Jo Mathis Pruitt, Auburn, Ga.; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Ann Martin, Auburn, Ga., and Jean and Jeff Posey, Maxey, Ga.; brothers and sister-in-law, Ray Pruitt, Lawrenceville, Ga., and Joe and Gloicie Pruitt, Dacula, Ga.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Honeycutt was born Aug. 22, 1959, in Lawrenceville, Ga. She was a 1977 graduate of Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, Ga. She was employed with Buford Kroger Store in the produce department. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Oakwood, Ga. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, Ga. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. and on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
