Clyde Pryor Obituary

DALLAS - Clyde Eugene "Gene" Pryor, 61, passed away peacefully at the Robin Johnson Hospice House.

A native of Gaston County, he was the son of the late Glenn and Pearlie Price Pryor.
Gene was a loving husband and a beloved friend to many. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Mt. Beulah Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, worked for the City of Belmont and was known to brighten many a day with his humor.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Vickie Wiggins of the home, son; Dustin "Dusty" and wife Kelly Dills, daughter; Shelley Shull.

The funeral service, officiated by the Rev. Fain Farmer, will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to Gaston Hospice, c/o Robin Johnson Hospice House, P.O. Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054.
