Dear Robert, Barbara and family.
I find myself just sitting here crying. Your loss is so great!!!.
Klaus and I remember when Robert and Barbara brought William, Tanya
and John to the Deerfield Community Center when the Colorado
Springs South Church was just a fledgling branch Sabbath School.
What a precious family!!! Klaus and I also lost our son, Karl, when he was 24 years (2003) old.
Nothing is harder to carry in your heart than loosing a child, no matter how the LORD helps you accept what has happend. Our hearts truly go out to you at this time. William was always gracious, friendly and helpful everytime Klaus came into the shop. Robert and Barbara, you did a good job of racing caring children. Please know that you are loved and our hearts go out to you and may LORD our GOD help you through this time of sorrow.

William,
We will always remember your loving & warm heart and also your tenderness. How sweet you had been to us (to Vanessa and my self), you were also the warmest first person who welcomed us while we arrived in the USA in 2002, you welcomed us so warmly as a your "new" family member and we thank you for that.

Our prayers and thoughts will always be with your parents: Robert and Barbara Dieckmann

Good bye, William. May you rest in peace, young-handsome man...and you were the best-warmest person we had ever known in our whole entire life although we didn't meet you that often (as you were gone and back again in town), but you will always be the best person and a gentleman as well. We know you are gone already and stay peacefully next to our loving Father in heaven, as your warmth always will stay in our thoughts and hearts.

Love always,
Loraine & Vanessa Mattson

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Dieckmann Family, especially Robert as William's Dad and Barbara as his Mom.
We (my self and my daughter especially) have always had the most beautiful memories from William during his life and we will miss him for sure. I was his Step Mom, but he treated me always as his best friend, his older sister and treated my daughter as his own youngest sister.
Robert and Barbara, our deepest sympathy and condolences for your loss of William. He was the best "boy" I've ever known and met in my whole life. Our thoughts and prayers wil always be with you and the whole Dieckmann Family.

Stay strong and we believe that William is already resting in peace.

The Mattson Family-Colorado Springs,
Martin, Loraine and Vanessa.

Dear Robert, I am so sorry to hear of William's death. Kathi sent me an email. Although I was not a part of his life I remember when he was a little boy and you all were still in Fort Smith, his grandmother, (my Aunt Gaily) talked about how he would always come to her and give her a kiss on the cheek and it thrilled her so much. She was so impressed with his ability to converse with her at such a young age. Words cannot express the deep sorrow I feel. You and your family are in our prayers. Your cousin, Lora & Reid

Willy, you will surely be missed. You left too early and unjustly. I wish I had the chance to say goodbye. Sorry I wasn't there but I'll be think'n about ya. You touched so many people in your life, young and old. Just let it be known that you are loved by all. We miss you buddy. Say "HI" to Ted and Dale for me. And I hope St. Peter gets you a new pair of glasses or at least an everlasting roll of duct tape for ya. We'll miss ya.

This is a peom for your family...

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

#10 you will be missed. You were the best driver my father ever had, and also the one that hit the walls the hardest! You deserved to win that figure 8, and Dad would have been proud of you. You are the best adopted brother I ever had. Krystal and I will so miss you. Our hearts go out to your family, friends and fans! You will always take the checkered flag in our book. We love you always!

I will miss William. I have known William for eight years. He was in and out of my life throughout that time, but I will always remember him. William was a good friend. I remember William as a good guy who cared about his friends. I always felt like William was a friend I could count on when I needed him. Sometimes he wasn't always around, but I knew that I would see him again from time to time and I always looked forward to running into him again. I am so sorry to hear about this. William, I will always remember you; you will not be forgotten!

I will never forget Will, nor have I ever met anyone like him. He wore his heart on his sleeve, and said things how they were. He loved to joke around and seemed to have endless energy. I will never forget his laugh, and I will never forget his passion. I will always remember what a great friend he was to me. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Dieckmann family.
