In an old-school way that resisted drawing attention to himself, Mr. Fowler demonstrated year after year, decade after decade what it means to be an exemplary neighbor. He gave back far more than he ever asked from his community. His "Citizen of the Year" award was well deserved.

To the Family of Tim Fowler:
I am sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I worked with him as a Town Meeting Member and knew him from around Town. He was very interested in his service to the Town and throughout the community. Unfortunately, since I am now living in South Florida, I will be unable to attend any of the funeral services or calling hours. May God grant him serenity and may all of you know that he will be with you forever. May God Bless you all.

May you rest in peace Mr. Fowler. I knew your Dad from Chur and always respected his service to his country and to South Hadley. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
