Erin Heffron Obituary
Memorial services for Erin Heffron will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Charles City. Pastor Dennis Niezwaag will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date.
The family will greet friends at the church an hour prior to the service.
Erin Lorraine Heffron was born July 8, 1976, in Keokuk County, the daughter of Roger and Judith (Strauser) Heffron. She attended Charles City High School and later received her GED. Erin then received her degree in cosmetology from LaJames Cosmetology College and her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University. On July 6, 1999, she married Bradley Latch. They later divorced.
Erin was manager of Fantastic Sams in Mason City. She always enjoyed playing a game of pool. Erin always looked forward to spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered as a dedicated mother that loved her children very much.
Living family members include two daughters, Alexis Latch and Allison Pommrehn (father Adam Pommrehn), both of Rudd; her mother, Judith Heffron of Charles City; a brother, Michael (Tammy) Heffron of Charles City; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents and her father.
The Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, 641-228-2323, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.hauserfh.com.

You helped me thru some of the toughest times in my life. Then as my kids got older you were giving them advice. I will always have peace of you when i look at the friendship tattoo we got together. I have stopped myself from calling you several times this weekend, that is just what I did when something happened. To know you are busy fishing with your dad makes me feel better. The sister I knew and the Aunt my kids knew will always be remembered. I love you Alexis and Allison. I know it isn't always going to feel fair that your mom is gone. We just have to remember the good times and know she loved both of you. My sympathy to Erin's Mother and family. I know we are all hurting.
