Greer
Bryan Lamar McGee, 58, of 4258 N. Blue Ridge Drive, died May 26, 2013 Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
A native of Greenville County, son of Tommy and Margaret Turner McGee, he was an employee of Renfro Brother Construction and of the Pentecostal faith. He was a loving husband, dad, son, and friend and he loved to ride his motorcycle, fish, hunt, and spend time outdoors.
Also surviving are his wife, Vicki Foster McGee of the home; two sons, Bryan Kiley McGee of Greer and Joshua Austin McGee of Simpsonville; a daughter, Brooklyn Grace McGee of the home; two step-daughters, Brandy Peace Aguilar and Amber Shea Brown both of Greer; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Arlene McGee of Greer; a sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and David Cummings of Greer; six grandchildren, Austin, Jade, Nikki, Joseph, Taylor and Hailey; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norman and Patsy Peace of Greer.
Mr. McGee was predeceased by one grandchild, Rivers McGee.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by Evangelist Ted Duncan, Chaplain Frank Crockford, and Rev. Vince Gainey.
Pallbearers will be Mickey Bailey, Byron Massingale, Tim Massingale, Demp Dempsey, Mitchell Anderson, and Mike Hollifield.
Visitation will be held 1:00-2:15 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
The families are at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greer Community Ministries, P.O. Box 1373, Greer, SC 29652.
