Elva Hester Obituary
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Essie McCollum and wife of the late Milton H. Hester.
Mrs. Hester was a member of Reedy River Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Steve Hester and wife Cindy, and Jeff Hester, both of Greenville; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Donnie Hester; two sisters and two brothers.
A graveside service will be Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Reedy River Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:30 pm with visitation from 12:00 - 1:15 pm prior in the church sanctuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association of Greenville, 301 University Ridge, Suite 5000, Greenville, SC 29601.
The family is at 12 Willowleaf Court, Greenville, SC 29617.
