Becky, I am so sorry to hear of the death of your dear mother. Although our paths "just missed" crossing and I never had the opportunity to meet her, I know she was a very special and talented person who was loved by many. My grandfather (mother's father) also had Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and it can indeed be long and difficult for everyone concerned. But I'm sure you have some comfort knowing her suffering is over and she and your dad are once again together. You and all of your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Becky, Jim and Mark,
I am sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I know this is a difficult time for all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you today. Even through saddness, you can rejoice that she is in heaven and with a new body and mind. As a music teacher, she has taken me on my journey of serving God and others. I very much respected both of your parents and they will be missed. The world is much better for people like them.
Love to all of you.

Becky, Jim and Mark, Our hearts go out to you as you face this loss. It has been a long good bye and may God's comfort help you with the reality of your loss. I will always remember your mother's beautiful smile and love of life. She and Mama loved serving the Lord through music together, and what a wonderful legacy they gave to us, their children and grandchildren. Please know that we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. We love you.

The long goodbye is over....the time has come for Chap and Barbara to be together once again. Please join me in celebrating the precious life of Barbara Lauderdale. While we are grieving here on earth, the joyous homecoming celebration occuring in heaven is deafening. Music will always remind me of her and her gift to us. May God bless Becky, Mark and Jim at this difficult time. He has blessed us with great memories of a wonderful lady.

Chap and Barbara were 2 of the most honorable people I've had the pleasure of knowing. My best wishes and prayers to Becky and Jim & Family in the loss of their mother. You should be very proud of
the journey and struggles you've endured. That GRAND REUNION now realized has surely been worth it.

Jim and Becky, I was so sorry to hear about your mother's death. It is hard, I know, to go through the "long good-by" with Alzheimer's. But the joy is knowing that she is now experiencing the wholeness of both body and mind. Helen Kemp wrote a song with the opening words: "Body, mind, spirit, voice it takes the whole person to sing and rejoice!" Your mother is rejoicing!

Jim, Becky,and Mark,
It was such a great blessing to care for your mom during her stay at CNC at Covenant Way. I will never forget her smile, and her love for her family, even in her long illness.I so appreciated her spontaneous phases that brought laughter not only to us, but also to herself, like when she told Heather and I to "hush" when we were singing and then just burst into laughter. That Music Teacher in her never left her. I loved her and I love ya'll. Praying for God to bless with His comfort and perfect peace in the days ahead. She is singing in Heaven now.
Love to all, Ruth Hill
