Clara Hicks Obituary

Mrs. Clara Nell Brown McCall Hicks, 91, wife of the late Ozey Hicks went home to be with the Lord April 11, 2010 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.
Mrs. Hicks was the daughter of the late Jesse and Sally Brown of Piedmont. She was a member of Travelers Rest United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son Bill McCall (Betty) of Piedmont and a daughter, Mary Dan Kay of Travelers Rest; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Reid of Piedmont and Mrs. Carl Shipman (Sara) of Easley; 7 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son and a sister.
The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Graceland West Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes.
