Mr. Andress was my 7th grade teacher in Pepper Pike, Ohio in 1963. He inspired me to love math and science as well as astronomy. He introduced me to the stars with a class outing to the Hiram observatory. I have subscribed to Sky & Telescope magazine since then. I always think of him when I look at the stars with my telescope. He was a wonderful man and made all the difference in my life. I will never forget him and strive to pass on all the good things he gave me to the younger generation.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Our loving creator invites us to approach him in prayer, to pour out our heart to him. (Psalm 62:8) May he grant you guidance, strength and comfort during this time of sadness.
