News Death Notice

HAZLETT, Mary "Faye" Frances 84 of Franklin went to be with her Lord Friday January 7, 2011 at Kettering Hospital. She was born October 20, 1926 in Lexington, Ky the daughter of Thomas and Leona (Thompson) Dunaway. Faye was a faithful member of the the First Church of God in Franklin for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, M. Kent Hazlett, brothers, Hugh, George, and Melvin Dunaway, and sisters, Georgia Rump, Edith Reed and Josephine Dunaway. Faye is survived by her children, Thomas Ray (Janice) Hazlett, Linda Sue (Thomas) Miller and Carole (William) McNally, grandchildren, Jana, Jeffery, Michael, Matthew, Kenneth, Steven, Jason, Heidi and Heather, 17 great grandchildren. Faye also leaves 2 brothers, Thomas Dunaway, Robert Morris and sisters, Betty Tussey and Nancy Swanenger. Funeral services will be Wednesday 10:00 am at the First Church of God on River St. in Franklin, with Pastor Mark Crider officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday 5 - 8 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Burial in Springboro Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com. Memorial contributions in Faye's memory may be made to the Franklin, First Church of God.
