Arthur Seabolt, 69, of Dorton Branch, KY passed away September 17, 2013. He was born June 6, 1944 to the late Orville Seabolt and Cora Bradshaw Seabolt. He had worked in masonry and he was a Veteran in the United States Army.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Brother Orville Seabolt, Jr.
Survivors include his children Arthur Seabolt, Jr. and Tim Seabolt; one granddaughter; brothers Vernon Seabolt and Willy Ray Seabolt; sisters Pauline Evans, Ruby McGeorge, Mary Ruth Hooker, Dorothy Philpot, Wanda Hoskins, Juanita Martin and Geraldine Davis; special niece Anna Roark and special nephews L.B Evans Jr., Marty Hooker and Hugo Hooker. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Services were held at 7 PM Friday September 20, 2013 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Wade McGeorge and Rev. Saul Hoskins.; Pallbearers were family and friends. Music was provided by Denise McGeorge.
Burial will be in the Big Jim Cemetery, Arjay, KY. Graveside Military services will be 10 AM Saturday September 21, 2013 at Big Jim Cemetery, Arjay. The family received friends after 3 PM Friday September 20, 2013 until the funeral hour at 7PM at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home; The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville is in charge of arrangements and honored to be serving the Seabolt Family.
