Arborio Family,
I am sorry to hear the passing of Bing. He was a true gentleman, a respected contractor, and a wealth of knowledge. Starting out in the construction business I served with Bing on Labor Negotiations and CCIA events. I would always listen intently when he spoke and learned many things I keep with me today. I enjoyed his stories of past history in the construction industry. Bing always spoke from the heart and was sincere in his message.
You have lost a great husband, father, and the construction industry has lost a great mentor.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Joe. As you know my dad, John Bertrand, and "Bing" were best friends at RPI and for many years thereafter. Joe was my father's best man at his wedding in 1953. And I remember fondly many happy visits with your family at my parents home when I was growing up. When my father passed in 1998 it meant so much to me to see Joe in attendance at his wake. My sincere sympathy to you Peggy and your family in the loss of such a wonderful man.

To the Arborio family,
As you know the Arborio family and especially Bing are dear to the Costello family. The family histories trace many many construction years in New York and Connecticut. My dad Jack Costello always advised me to listen to Bing as most often you will learn something valuable. My admiration for Bing grew over the many years of watching him campaign for our industry in so many ways. The Industry has much to thank Bing for.
His always pleasant demeanor but clear and to the point delivery were wonderful assets of truly a dedicated individual. Somehow we take the lessons learned from greatness and carry on. We never forget we just learn to live with the loss. Our deepest sympathy to all the Arborios from the Costello family. Frank Costello

Peg and Family
Over the years I spent many hours with Bing (as did my dad) in Labor negotiations,at CRBA and CCIA functions, political events, and at the CETC. His attitude was always pleasant as was his ever present smile. He quietly taught me a great many things in a way I didn't even know I was being educated. This was a talent Bing, my dad and many in their generation had and used to make us all better people.
My deepest sympathy to you all at this time
