Helen Alice Boronski

Helen Alice (Czerbinski) Boronski, 86, of East Hartford, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, died peacefully at home, in her sleep Tuesday (September 4, 2001). Helen was born in Manchester, NH, daughter of the late Peter P. and Jenny (Simovich) Czerbinski and had been a resident of East Hartford for 57 years. Helen was a communicant of St. Rose Church. She was the wife of Frank Boronski, and the couple had just celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary, on August 21st. Helen had retired in 1979 from Kaman Corp., Bloomfield, where she had been employed for 15 years. Besides her parents of Windsor, VT, she was also predeceased by a brother, Raymond Czerbinski of Hudson, MA. Besides her devoted husband, Helen is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and James Martin of East Hartford; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Madonna Boronski of No. Smithfield, RI; three grandchildren, Beth Boronski of North Smithfield, RI, Eric and his wife, Brenda of Warwick, RI, and Jason Boronski of San Francisco, CA; and a great granddaughter, Rebekah Boronski of Warwick, RI; two sisters, Mary Hentnick of Westfield, MA and Jennie DeVoyd of Claremont, NH; and two brothers, Walter Czerbinski of Plainville and Joseph Czerbinski of Westfield, MA; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 9:30 a.m. from the Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Rose Church, 33 Church Street, East Hartford. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, East Hartford.
