Phyllis was a wonderful human being .social justice and a fair contract were two of her highest priorities. She was an absolute workhorse for AFT CT. She will not be forgotten. Her ideals, principles and fortitude will continue to live through us, her Union brothers and sisters. May her soul rest in eternity.

I worked with Phyllis for many years. As I said to a colleague yesterday - you knew exactly where you stood with Phyllis and she pulled no punches. What a great trade unionist and good hearted person. My condolences.
