Phyllis was a wonderful human being .social justice and a fair contract were two of her highest priorities. She was an absolute workhorse for AFT CT. She will not be forgotten. Her ideals, principles and fortitude will continue to live through us, her Union brothers and sisters. May her soul rest in eternity.
