Dear Myers Family, it was my pleasure to serve at St. Mary with Bob. He was at my side for many Easter celebrations when I was the MC for liturgical celebration at that time. He was also a very devout and caring Catholic. St. Mary's parish has lost one of their own. May he rest in peace and let perpetual light shine upon him. Pacem, Deacon Ron Daigle

Dear Myers family members, I am Bert's sister and send my sympathy on your loss of a fine man. R.O. did so much to help Bert, especially during his last years confined to a wheelchair. His Catholic Faith meant much to him, which was evident in his daily life and was a sterling example to follow. Love in Christ, Natalie Howard Fortin

To the Myers family - we are sorry to hear of your loss. Bob was a colleague and close friend of my recently departed father, Bert Howard, and a good friend of our entire family. "R O" quite often shared my parent's enjoyment of a good meal among friends, and he happily drove my parents to visit their grandchildren. He will be missed by the many people he helped.

To the Myers family my deepest sympathies. It has been some 35 years since I have seen Bob, but the memories he created will live on.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
