Howard Sumner Obituary
Mr. Howard Sumner born December 3, 1940 departed this life on July 21, 2015 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 74-years, 7-months, and 18-days old. Howard was born in Bulan, KY the son of the late William Howard Sumner and the late Otha Smith Sumner. Howard was also preceded in death by his Daughter, Geraldine Sumner.
Mr. Howard Sumner leaves the following relatives surviving: Wife, Hazel Sumner of Jeff, KY; Two Sons, Harold Dean Sumner of Duane and Howard Sumner III of Hazard; Three Daughters, Kathleen Pugh of Ashland, Darlene Higgins of Independence, KY and Cora Combs of Bulan; 5-Grandchildren, 3-Great Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
Memorial Services for Mr. Howard Sumner will be conducted on Wednesday July 29, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Buddy Turner officiating. The Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M.
