Jo Crawford Obituary

Jo Ann Crawford (Trautloff)

Jo Ann Crawford was born in Atchison, KS October 24, 1937. She left us on March 16, 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Paul Crawford; her children, Dan Crawford, Cami Lizarraga, Kelly Crawford and Marnie Nickerson; her grandchildren, Isaac Daniels and Maurice Mason; and great- grandchildren, Ashton and Aubrey Daniels.
Jo left us and joined her son, John, in Heaven, following her battle with cancer. She always said she was going to beat this, but the body was just not strong enough. Jo resided in Snohomish, WA for 26 years, and was a housewife, mother and foster mother. Her pride and joy was her husband, children and grandchildren and anytime she could be heard bragging about them.
She worked and retired from GTE (1978-91). She was very active in the dump truck association and the Snohomish MCJROTC program at Snohomish High School. She was always helping others and enjoyed spending time with the students and making a difference in their lives. Many have enjoyable memories spending time with Jo. She entered many crochet items in the Monroe fair and won many ribbons and prizes. Paul and Jo enjoyed traveling in their motor home. Her passions were fishing and Arts and Crafts. Jo treated everyone as family and she will be greatly missed. We are so proud to be a part of her life. We love you Jo.
Burial Friday, March 25 at 1 p.m. at Purdy & Walter's in Lynnwood, WA.
Celebration of Life Sunday, March 27 at noon at the Crawford's home in Snohomish.

I hate to say goodbye to my special fishing buddy. We spent many hours on the dock at Williams Lake chatting, laughing, and just having a ball. Jo could really catch the fish. Didn't know how to cast, but she was good. She loved her family sooooo much and her dogs too. Paul, we really enjoyed our time with you and Jo. We will miss her very very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. She was ONE OF A KIND. Bless her heart.
Love to all,
