I have fond memories of all the times Gordon and I went over to see Olga and we went out on the town dancing and eating. I sure will miss talking to her - she was a wonderful person.

When I heard the news of Auntie Olga's passing, my first thought was sadness for all of us who will miss her, but happiness for her and her sisters she is now reunited with. Thinking of Auntie Olga brings memories of vibrantly beautiful flowers and her delicious lemon bars! I still have her recipe and will make some in her honor! Blessings to you, Auntie, and give my grandma a hug for me.

I met Olga for the first time at Grange Insurance. She is the one that made that job fun. We had so many good times and laughs in the early 60's and those lasted right up to the last time we spoke. My daughters have heard "Olga" stories many times over the years. You are gone and I will miss you but the memories will live forever in my heart. Love you, Karen Barney

To Darlene and Ron; Gary and Lorna; Darrell and Mary Ann :
I am remembering Archie as I write this and I know how much he thought of Aunt Olga ...she was a wonderful person that weathered many tragdies in her life ....but none of them took away her love for life and her family and friends !! I loved her listen to her stories about life in North Dakota and she was such a story teller of "the olden days" at our family reunions when she came with you to South Dakota . My family will always remember her and she became one of my dearest aunts -- she always forgot the "in-law" part ! All of us in South Dakota send our deepest sympathy and love to all of you as you say "goodbye" one last time ....memories will fill your hearts and minds as you go on with life, adjusting to it without her, just the way she would want you too. From all of us, Kathleen

Aunty Olga has always been a very special person in my life. Visiting with her was always a pleasure - I always learned something and always laughed. We will miss her and remember her forever. I am happy that she, Mildred and Mother are together once again. Rest in peace.

Our thought's and prayers are with you all at this time. Olga, as you well know was such a joy to know. I loved her sence of humor. Thinking of her makes my heart smile.

I was introduced to Olga through my mother-in-law, Geri Anderson, several years ago. I enjoyed several visits with her and enjoyed her kind spirit and sense of hummor. She reminded me of my Norwegian grandmother who lived to be almost 100--and who also enjoyed beautiful gardening--like Olga! My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Grandma Olga. I feel so lucky to have been a part of your life. It was an honor to be your nurse. Your famous mouse tattoo joke will be told for centuries to come. (I'm laughing now just thinking about it!) You have touched so many lives, and will be remembered with many happy memories. Love jayne

Olga was my mom's (Mary Hendrickson Hovde) best friend. They were so cute together, they laughed, sang, and danced their little feet off at Normana and the Club. We're so thankful for Olga's support during my mother's extended illness. We'll always love her.

Jim and I send our sincere condolences to the family. Olga was a very special friend and neighbor. She was a rock to my dad and the best guiding light he could ever have. She was always aware of his comings and goings, and for that I am grateful. She will be missed. Truly a great lady.
