Betty Elliott Obituary

Betty L. Elliott
April 26, 1928 - Feb. 8, 2013

"This is for our Mom." Betty lived a full life. She had eleven kids, Jerry, Dore, Judy, Doug, Donna, Steve, Mike, Dave, Robert, Harold and Scott. Mom enjoyed every day of her life, she touched all of our lives in someway on a daily basis. She was the best ever. We will all miss her every day of our lives. "I can't tell you how much you meant to us Mom, there is a hole in our lives now and nothing can ever take away the empty space."
Now Mom is in heaven taking care of three brothers who we lost along the way. I'm sure they are all reunited now to take care of each other. I know we were selfish in wanting to keep her with us but we had to let her go so she could move on to be with the others. We will take care of each other and carry on like she taught all of us. We will be strong and go forward.
Mom leaves behind eight children, 25 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
"Take care Mom, you are gone from us but never forgotten. We will miss you everyday. I love you."
Special thanks to granddaughter, Shalee for taking good care of Mom for those last few months.
"Take care Mom we will see you later."
We will have a private memorial for friends and family at Mom's house on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.

I was so sad to hear of Betty's passing. I have been trying to find the Elliott's for decades. Hopefully I will be able to contact some of the Regent St. Gang from Niles, MI

I'll miss your sweet smile and giggle. I'll miss your little wave and "tootle-ootles!" as we left after a visit. I'll miss the loving mother-in-law who treated me like a daughter. I love you.
