Hard to believe that Cliff would have been 93 this year! He was an amazing man. I loved being around Cliff and listening to his stories. Time flies much too fast! I hope you are having a great time in Heaven, Cliff, free from pain and the worries of the world. You ARE missed by many! Hugs and love to you.

Cliff was a wonderful man. I knew him from the day he first showed up in the rooms. Later, my kids Dad rented a room from him. And later on I would sit and talk with him while he people watched at the Tulalip Walmart. He was always a wonderful man and is greatly missed.

Sorrow fills my heart as another wonderful soul passes on to a higher place. Cliff made you feel welcome. He was a dedicated guy. His hugs were special, and so was he.

Cliff...always first to offer a hug. Could see right through my smile if I was having a rough day. Never passed up a cookie. Im so glad to have had the chance to know him. I know he is smiling down on us from some ethereal ballpark and holding Nellie's hand again at last.

I considered Cliff a friend and another reason to look forward to returning to Everett every summer. He always had a smile, wave, and a big hello for me that made my day go better.
Cliff will still be a part of my day because his smile will always be a part of my day. Spyder Webb, Everett Aquasox Trainer

I am definitely going to miss seeing Cliff at the North Gate at Everett Memorial Stadium. Over the past 15 years I have had the pleasure to say "hi" to Cliff before the start of every game. He always took time to speak to me and always with a smile on his face while at the same time giving me the Mariners score. He was a true ambassador of the club and will always be a part of the AquaSox family. With deepest sympathies and love, Brian Sloan (Everett AquaSox)

I am so sorry to learn of Cliff's passing. I have known Cliff for about 33 years now. He always had a smile on his face. He was always so cheerful and friendly to everyone. And I am going to miss seeing him 'people watch' on a bench in Walmart. He loved his work with the Aqua Sox and used to speak to me often about his times there. I am going to miss him. My heart goes out to you girls. But know that he is going to be missed by a lot of people here in Washington state.
