Wow, I'm so sad to see that Darla has passed. We were friends and classmates since Garfield Elementary. Darla was a blessing to a lot of people. So sorry I didn't see this til now. Good memories of Darla.

A YEAR HAS PASSED AND I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT MY FAVORITE AUNT HAS PASSED I OFTEN THINK OF HER AND NOW AM VERY SAD SHE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED I HAVE SUCH GOOD MEMORIES SPECIALLY THE TIMES WE GOT TO SPEND A COUPLE OF WEEKS DURING THE SUMMER WHEN SHE LIVED NEXT TO HER PARENTS AND HAD THE FLUFF DOG SITTING ON THE PORCH SHARING MY FUDGE SICKLE WITH THE DOG LOTS AND LOTS OF GOOD MEMORIES NOW I KNOW WE WILL ALL HAVE SOMEONE SPECIAL WATCHING OVER US I LOVE YOU

I am so sad to here about Darla,I was born July 20,1960 also at Everett General Hospital. Darla and I were classmates at Garfield Elementary, All the way thru our Senior year at Everett High,78.What I remember most about Darla is she was proud of who she was,and wasn't out to impress people.Like alot of kids did at that age.Like myself, She was always just herself.I will always admire her for that..
