Darrin Sains Obituary
Darrin Ray Sains
Darrin is survived by his best friend and fiancée, Debbie Schick; and his children, Kale Rae of Everett, Vanessa of Mount Vernon and Jordan of Mountlake Terrace. He is also survived by his father, Del and his wife, Karen of Lynnwood; his mother, Anita Colquhoun of Camano Island; his brothers, Tim and Richard, both of Stanwood; his sisters, Denise of Lake Stevens and Pamela of Glendale, AZ; his grandfather, Vernon Curtis of Mount Vernon; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Richard Colquhoun; and his infant sister, Rachelle.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses in the Critical Care Unit at Providence Hospital - Colby Campus for their unending and compassionate care.
A visitation will be held at Gilbertson's Funeral Home in Stanwood Monday, March 21, 2011 from 11: 00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Services will be Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 27128 - 102nd Dr. N.W., Stanwood, WA. A reception will follow at the American Legion in Stanwood. Memorials may be made in Darrin's name to the American Legion scholarship fund, Hospice or to your favorite charity. I already miss him and am thankful for the time I had with my dad. He was very loved by all his family and myself. I pray that everyone stays strong for him and each other. He is at peace and with god now and I know I will see him again some day. I love you!

I was very saddened to see in the paper that your son, Darrin, had died.
