Eric Kennedy Obituary
Eric Bernard Kennedy
Eric leaves behind his wife, Laurel; children, Lucas 18 months, Mia 5, and Damon 11; mother, Virginia; two sisters; and two brothers. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Kennedy.
Eric was born on April 5, 1978, and resided in Lynnwood with his family. Eric had a very successful career as a Branch Manager for Citi Financial. Eric had a great love of American History, the outdoors and a serious love of baseball and football.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Overlake Christian Church at 10:30 a.m., at 9900 Willows Road NE, Redmond. Reception to follow in Everett at the home of his sister, Megan Folkman-Bingaman.

I worked with Eric at Merit Financial and recently at Citifinancial. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Eric had a true passion for life and always talked about his family with a glow about him. As a friend, Eric was as sincere and caring as you will find. I will miss Eric and all his silliness. He was a great friend and coworker. He just had a way about him, I will miss him dearly.

I worked with Eric at Citi Financial. He always made me laugh and worked very hard for his family, My heart goes out to his family, and my prayers are with his family at this time. Eric will be greatly missed by many people who had the wonderful opportunity to know him.

Eric was truly a very caring person and would have given to anyone who had a need even if it meant he would go without. I am glad that I had the oppotunity to work with him. He is in heaven now with my mom. I pray for peace & healing for his family & friends. We will truly miss him.

I grew up with my buddy Eric. He holds the record for largest camp fire, by stopping the Mukilteo train. He had a passion for always trying to imrprove himself and anyone around him. Eric took me to my first concert. It was "Beastie Boys" at the Key arena.
We spent many days riding mountain bikes near his home in Lynnwood.
We are crushed without you. You touched so many in so many positive ways. My love, and prayers go out to all who knew and most definately love him.

I was fortunate enough to have known Eric for ten plus years. He was a part of our fantasy baseball and football crew. He was a class act and will be missed. My heart goes out to Eric's family.

Eric was a good guy and well liked by his co-workers and colleagues. We enjoyed talking US History and I was impressed by his knowledge on the subject. Eric also had a great sense of humor and wit that could easily get you smiling. He will be missed.

I just met Eric at the beginning of last year. In the short time period that I knew him, it was obvious that he loved his family and friends very much. I will miss his sense of humor, movie reference quotes and pranks as they always lightened the workday. I will remember our candid debates on what the Seahawks should do to get some W's on the board. I am shocked and saddened at the news of Eric's sudden passing, and our family sends all the love and positive energy to Laurel and the children. I will always remember's Eric dry wit and sense of humor. He was always quiet and thoughtful, but his face always brightened when he was talking to or about the children.
