Frank W. Pearson

Frank W. Pearson was 87 when he passed away on February 10, 2011 after losing his battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Marilea K. Pearson; his brother, Arthur Pearson; three daughters; nieces, nephews, grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. He was born May 9, 1923 in Wendena, Saskatchewan. Then in 1929 his family moved to Arlington, WA where he attended school and graduated. He then enlisted in the US Army on March 19, 1943 where he fought in World War II in Germany, and received the Silver Star.
Frank loved the water. He became a tug boat Captain and worked for Pioneer Towing for 20 years and then retired. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman. Everyone that knew him enjoyed his smoked salmon. He will be missed by many.
