Gary Allen Wall Sr.

1945 - 2017

August 16, 1945 - July 31, 2017 It is with great sadness that the family of Gary Allen Wall Sr. announce his sudden passing after a brief illness on July 31, 2017 at the age of 71 years. Gary was born on August 16, 1945 in San Bernardino California. He was the youngest child of Perry and Viola Wall. Gary moved to Washington State in 1958 and graduated from Edmonds Woodway High School. Gary proudly served his Country during the Vietnam War. Gary raised his family in Snohomish County and returned to Snohomish County for his retirement, where he spent time with his children and grandchildren. Gary was a lifelong Christian who loved his Lord and he looked forward to his reunion with him and his reunion with his family who have gone before him. Gary loved to fish, Jeep and spend time with loved ones. His parents, Perry and Viola Wall, predeceased Gary in death. Gary is survived by his devoted wife, Katherine and a loving family: one daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Derek Hahm; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kristopher and Brandi Wall and Gary Jr. and Tracie Wall; nine grandchildren, Anthony Wall, Kolton Wall, Megan Wall, Matthew Wall, Kaydin Wall, Nicholas Wall, Emma Wall, Tanner Hahm and Marcus Hahm; and one brother, Jim Wall. Gary will also be remembered by his large extended family and friends. A military service will be held at Willamette National Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
