I remember Mr. Jensen well. My parents lived across the street on 92nd St. when I was a teenager in the 70's. I enjoyed talking to him and remember great conversations about when he built his first house & other stories he shared. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had not seen him in many years, but I didn't forget him.
