Matthew S. Michaelson
Matt grew up in Marysville and attended Marysville Schools. He was a friend to all and will be missed.
Matt was preceded in death by parents, Marvin and Sandra Michaelson.
He leaves behind sisters, Karen (Ray) Sheldon, Judy Vallo, and Heidi (Greg) Sheldon; nieces and nephews, Amy Sheldon-Muri, Kristin Sheldon-Reyes, Deanna Sheldon-Stacy, Ryan Vallo, Brad Vallo, Katie Vallo, Micki Sheldon, Megan Sheldon and Joe Sheldon; and lifelong friend, Ron Collins.

they walk beside us every day,
unseen, unheard, but always near,
still loved, still missed,
still very dear."

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

We lived in marysville from 1975 to 1986. It was during this time that we got to know Matt. He would come down to the house to see our kids. We always found Matthew to be pleasant and respectful and enjoyed him very much. We are very saddened to hear of his death. We offer condolences to all who knew and loved him. Matt, there was a time when we were best of friends. Things happened, people grow apart. I relocated out of state. I regret to hear about this. I hope you now know peace.

Matt it seem just like yesterday that we were young boys running through the city of Marysville....causing trouble!!! only sometimes right??? Playing Junior High Football,,,crushing folk!!Great Memories...I hope you are at peace buddy. RIP
